Ex BSI CEO Settles Bonus Lawsuit

Hanspeter Brunner, who left the bank in March has settled a lawsuit over bonus payments when he was the private bank BSI former head of Asian operations. Brunner had alleged that the BSI Singapore unit breached bonus agreements and a separation pact without any legal basis.

After he left the bank, he was one of the six BSI bankers referred by Singapore Monetary Authority in May to the city state’s public prosecutor for possible criminal charges.
