HSBC Announces New Director to Board
HSBC announced the appointment of Mr Jackson Tai, former Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive of DBS to its board. Mr Tai was a former JP Morgan Chase investment banker who served as chairman for the Asia Pacific region before joining DBS.
He is the fourth director this year as HSBC seeks to find a successor to chairman Douglas Flint.
