Morgan Stanley has been reported to be terminating its business relationship with $3.8 billionUK (United Kingdom) hedge fundOdey Asset Management over founder Crispin Odey sexual assaults allegations.In 2022 December, 4 women had accused Crispin Odey of sexual assault allegations.In 2021, Crispin Odey was acquitted in court of a sexual assault due to inconsistencies from the victim.Odey was established by Crispin Odey in 1991 to focus on active fund management. Before founding Odey, Crispin managed the Baring European Growth Trust and Continental European pension funds at Barings Asset Management and Framlington Fund Managers. Crispin graduated from Christ Church, Oxford in 1980 where he read History & Economics.Odey Asset Management is part of the Odey Group which also includes Brook Asset Management and our private wealth specialists, Odey Wealth.
