A Taiwan couple (Mr Golden & Mrs Miuki) had been arrested in Thailand for $114 million investment fraud using name of high profile financial firm & offering high returns via their company Richmon Co in 2000 (23 years ago), and fleeing to Belize thereafter. The Taiwan couple then entered Thailand in 2018 with different names, and had recently booked air tickets to Singapore. 12 accomplices who were involved in the fraud had been arrested in Taiwan.
