OECD Asked Australia Government to Require MNCs to Reveal Tax Jurisdiction with 2,500 Multinationals Corporations with AUD 1 Billion Above Revenue to be Affected, New Law with Some Disclosure in 2024 July

The OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation & Development) had asked Australia government to require MNCs (Multinationals Corporations) to reveal tax jurisdiction, with around 2,500 Multinationals Corporation (MNCs) with AUD 1 billion & above revenue to be affected. In late 2023 June, Australia introduced new legislation that will provide some data disclosure requirements from MNCs, with the new law effective in July 2024.
