UK $403 billion asset manager M&G Investments has hiredSchroders Hong Kong CEO Amy Cho as Head of APAC & CEO Singapore (2023 Nov), succeeding Loretta Ng.Amy Cho joins from Schroders (Hong Kong CEO), and prior, was with Pictet Asset Management, First State Investments, HSBC Asset Management and Citibank.M&G Investments – Amy Cho has served on various professional bodies including the Hong Kong Investment Funds Association, the Asia Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s Financial Services Advisory Committee. She is also an advocate for gender equality in the financial services sector, the firm said.Through her efforts to broaden access to the industry, Cho is a member of the Career Development Advisory Council for the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology’s (HKUST) Business School, where she advises on career counselling and job placements for students.
