Billionaire & luxury brand Hermes 5th generation heir Nicolas Puech (age 80) with no children has been reported to be giving 50% of his $13.2 billion (EUR 12 billion) fortune to his ex-gardener (age 51) & starts legal process to adopt his ex-gardener as son. The wealth transfer to his ex-gardener has been reported to be an attempt to cancel the succession plan (gifting) agreed with charity Isocrates Foundation he (Nicholas Puech) founded in 2011. The Isocrates Foundation is an independent philanthropic foundation, dedicated to the protection and promotion of public debate. Hermes has a current market capitalization of $229 billion (21/12/23: EUR 209 billion). Hermes is founded by Thierry Hermes in 1837.
