Singapore DD Corporate Services founder & Director of 980 companies Xie Yong (Alex, Age 37) had been sentenced to 4 weeks jail and fined $43,000 (S$57,000) (18/12/23) for failure to fulfil director duties with $5 million money laundered through 2 companies Wei Hui & Joy Trader. Xie Yong (Alex) is also banned from being director for 5 years. DD Corporate Services charged $528 (S$700) for corporate services including nominee director and additional $75 to $113 (S$100 to S$150) for bank account. DD Corporate Services was setup in 2013 as Tox Technology by Xie Yong, and in 2019 started providing accounting & corporate services.
