United States motor fuel distributor Sunoco to buy NuStar Energy in an all-equity combined $7.3 billion transaction, representing 31.9% premium of 30-day Volume-Weighted Average Price (VWAP). NuStar Energy shareholders will receive 0.4 Sunoco shares for every NuStar Energy share. Sunoco has a current market value of $4.7 billion and NuStar Energy has a market value of $2.6 billion (25/1/24).
