India regulator Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has found $241 million transferred out of India media conglomerate Zee Entertainment (23/2/24: $2 billion market value), with Zee founders ex-Chairman Subhash Chandra & son CEO Punit Goenka questioned for accounting irregularities.  In 2024 January, Zee $10 billion merger into Sony Group was terminated.  Zee Entertainment share price has decreased -38% YTD (year-to-date).  Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd.
