11th August 2023 – DBS CEO Piyush Gupta has sold more than S$3.4 million ($2.5 million) of DBS shares, owning around S$74.3 million of DBS shares after the recent sale. On 8th August 2023, DBS CEO Piyush Gupta reported to Singapore Exchange (SGX) for selling 100,000 of DBS shares (8,100 at S$34.32 and 91,900 S$34.2554), and holding 2,185,721 of DBS ordinary shares (Trust) valued at S$74 million ($54 million).
