Singapore-listed investment holding company Hong Fok Corporation ($548 million market value) joint-CEO Cheong Pin Chuan has put up his 58,000 square feet Nassim Road conservation bungalow for sale at $235 million (S$308 million), after 2 unsuccessful attempts in 2019 & 2022 by CBRE Group.  Cheong Pin Chuan, Executive Director & Joint CEO of Hong Fok Corporation: Mr Cheong is an Executive Director and Joint Chief Executive Officer and is principally involved in the Group’s overall operations and management with greater emphasis in Hong Kong. He is a graduate of the Footscray Institute of Technology in Australia and is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has over 52 years of experience in property development at both management and board levels in Singapore and Hong Kong. Hong Fok Corporation is a public company listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. The principal activity of the Company is that of investment holding whose subsidiaries are primarily engaged in property investment, property development and construction, property management, investment trading and investment holding and management.
