The UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has started investigatingKPMG audit of UK sports betting & gambling group Entain ($5.3 billion market value), which had agreed to pay $711 million penalty (GBP 585 billion) for alleged bribery in a UK deferred prosecution agreement with the UK Crown Prosecution Service.Entain plc – Entain plc (LSE: ENT) is a FTSE100 company and is one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups, operating both online and in the retail sector.
