Malaysia integrated private healthcare group Sunway Healthcare is planning for a IPO to raise $675 million (MYR 3 billion) at $3.3 billion valuation (MYR 15 billion) in 2025 2nd half or 2026.  Sunway Healthcare was setup in 1999 by parent Malaysia conglomerate Sunway Group.  Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC is a minority shareholder of Sunway Healthcare.  Sunway Group was founded in 1974 by Malaysia billionaire Jeffrey Cheah, who has more than $3 billion fortune.  Sunway Healthcare Group is a leading integrated private healthcare group based in Malaysia, with a vision to become a leading healthcare group in the ASEAN region, excelling in clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, innovation and technology. We also aim to further develop our research and education capabilities as well as to further strengthen the partnerships we have.  Its flagship quaternary hospital Sunway Medical Centre in Sunway City Kuala Lumpur, was established in 1999. Since then, we have expanded our network to include tertiary hospitals Sunway Medical Centre Velocity, Cheras; and Sunway Medical Centre Penang in Seberang Jaya. The three hospitals have a combined capacity of some 1,730 beds and more than 400 specialist consultants.  We also operate ancillary healthcare businesses: Sunway Specialist Centre Damansara, Sunway Traditional and Complementary Medicine (TCM) Centre, Sunway Home Healthcare and Sunway Fertility Centre.
