Liberated Brands with Billabong & Quiksilver licenses had filed for a United States Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in 2025 January with $226 million in debts. Liberated Brands portfolio include Volcom, Billabong, Quiksilver, Spyder, RVCA, Roxy, Honolua & Captain Fin. Liberated Brands licensing deal is with Authentic Brands Group.
