United States snacks giant Hershey ($33 billion market value) has announced intent to buy organic snacks company LesserEvil for reported $750 million. LesserEvil was founded in 2004 by Charles Coristine. Hershey was founded in 1894 by Milton Hershey, and owns brands including Hershey’s, Kit Kat & Reese’s.
