United States software private equity firm Thoma Bravo ($179 billion AUM) has announced to buy part of Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions for $10.55 billion in all-cash deal. Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions business sold include Jeppesen, ForeFlight, AerData & OzRunways assets. Boeing current market value is at $122 billion.
