Singapore Ferrari, Maserati & Hyundai Komoco Holdings Chairman Teo Hock Seng & his wife Chua Hwee Meng have sold a Singapore Good Class Bungalow (GCB) at Old Holland Road in a private deal after auction was withdrawn for failing to meet auction reserve price of $27.4 million (S$36 million). The auction bids had ranged from S$33 million to S$35 million. Teo Hock Seng & his wife Chua Hwee Meng had bought the Singapore bungalow for S$11.58 million in 2007 (18 years ago). Komoco (Korea Monopoly Corporation) was founded in 1986 after being appointed 1985 by South Korea motor group Hyundai as Singapore distributor.
