UK fintech Revolut has reported $1.5 billion net profit for 2024, and is preparing to launch UK bank in 2025 2nd half. Revolut was founded in 2015 by British Nikolay Storonsky & British-Ukrainian Vlad Yatsenko. In 2025 August, Revolut valuation is at $45 billion after the $500 million employee share sale to new & existing investors including to Tiger Global, Coatue & D1 Capital Partners. In 2024 July, Revolut has received the UK banking license with restrictions. Earlier in 2024 July, Revolut reported $545 million profit & $2.2 billion revenue in 2023. Revolut has been reported to be raising $500 million at more than $40 billion valuation. In 2024 June, Revolut has 45 million customers. Revolut products include credit card, debit card, currency exchange, interest-bearing accounts, loans, trading for stocks, crypto & commodities. In 2025 January, Revolut launched a Robo-Advisor service in Singapore requiring a minimum investment of only USD 100 with 0.75% annual portfolio management fee charged monthly. There is a waiver of annual portfolio management fee for around 1 to 2 months until 30th April 2025, if investor sign up before 31st March 2025. In 2023 May, Revolut launched an interest-bearing product USD-denominated money market funds managed by Fidelity International in Singapore.
