Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management has appointed Head of Corporate Equity Derivatives APAC Fenix Wang as Head of Strategic Advisory Solutions Asia to bridge solutions to UHNW clients (Ultra high net worth) between Morgan Stanley Investment Banking & Private Wealth Management.  Fenix Wang joined Morgan Stanley in 2021 after 11 years at UBS Investment Bank, covering IPOs, equity, equity financing, corporate derivatives & private capital.  In 2025 April, Morgan Stanley hired Bank of America James Hu as Vice Chairman of China.  James Hu has 15 years of investment banking experience including at Citigroup & Bank of America as Vice Chairman of Asia Investment Banking.
