France alternative asset manager Tikehau Capital ($59 billion AUM) launches $1.1 billion (€1 billion) private equity continuation fund to support portfolio company Egis (France), with the investment backed by Tikehau Capital Flagship Private Equity Decarbonisation Strategy Fund II & the investor group comprising of Apollo S3, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority subsidiary & Neuberger Berman.
