Citigroup has hired UBS 10-year veteran Laiman Wong as Head of Markets Senior Relationship Management for Asia North, Australia & Asia South, based in Hong Kong (Effective 2025 September). Laiman Wong has 28 years experience in investment banking, private equity, equity & hedge funds including at UBS (10 years), Deutsche Bank, (8 years), Standard Chartered, Investor AB & Merrill Lynch. In 2025 June, Citigroup appointed Citicorp Investment Bank CEO Nathan Swami as Head of Markets Singapore in addition to his current role as Head of Foreign Exchange (FX). Nathan Swami has 24 years of financial industry experience at Lehman Brothers (6 years) & Citigroup (17 years).
