Ireland-based Dalata Hotel Group has accepted the improved $1.6 billion (€1.4 billion) buyout offer from previous $1.5 billion buyout proposal by property groups Pandox (Sweden) and Eiendomsspar (Norway). In 2025 June, Ireland-based Dalata Hotel Group rejected the $1.5 billion buyout proposal from property groups Pandox (Sweden) and Eiendomsspar (Norway) for undervaluing the company. Dalata Hotel Group operates hotels in Ireland, UK, Germany & Netherlands under the brands Maldron Hotels & Clayton Hotels. The total market value of the portfolio is approximately SEK 75 billion.
