Indonesia J Trust Bank (PT JTrust Indonesia) has filed a police report on embezzlement of $50 million funds in loan facilities by fintech lending startup Crowde via fictitious farmers. J Trust Bank & Crowde had formed a partnership to provide peer-to-peer lending to farmers. Crowde key individuals named include President Director Andrew Yeremia P.L. Tobing, Commissioner Adryan Hafizh & Commissioner Ahmat Sahri. Crowde was founded in 2015 by Yohanes Sugihtononugroho. Crowde investors include Endeavor Indonesia, Monk’s Hill Ventures, Mandiri Capital Indonesia & STRIVE. Crowde – CROWDE is an agricultural-focused technology and financial company.
