Switzerland private wealth management firm JAR Capital Group has bought Singapore-based MFO (Multi-Family Office) Lyra Capital to merge into Singapore-based JAR Wealth Management with combined $1 billion AUM. Lyra Capital was founded in 2007. JAR Wealth Management was founded in 2022. JAR Capital Group was founded in 2016 by ex-UBS & Credit Suisse Gerald de Senger.
