Patrick Soon-Shiong founded VivoRx in 1991, APP Pharmaceuticals in 1997 (Sold to Fresenius for $4.6 billion in 2008) & Abrades BioScience which invented Abraxane (Sold to Celgene for $2.9 billion in 2010). Other companies include NantHealth, NantWorks, NantOmics & ImmunityBio. Patrick Soon-Shiong is minority owner of NBA basketball team Los Angeles Lakers (LA Lakers).
