South Korea AI chip startup Rebellions is raising $200 million at over $1 billion valuation, and is planning to IPO after the funding round. Rebellions was co-founded in 2020 by Sunghyun Park. Rebellions investors include Samsung, SK Hynix, SK Telecom, Korea Telecom & Aramco. Rebellions – Rebellions, a Korean AI accelerator startup, delivers industry-leading TPS/W through a dataflow architecture optimized for HBM and chiplet design. We provide AI accelerators for datacenters—including cards, servers, and rack-scale systems—along with our proprietary full-stack software that natively supports PyTorch 2.x and vLLM. We have begun mass production of our 5nm accelerators, which are already deployed across thousands of ATOM cards, powering commercial AI services for telecom operators.
