Thailand prosecutors have charged 23 people (Including President of Italian-Thai Development Premchai Karnasuta & executive from China Railway) for earthquake-collapse of 30-storey Thailand National Audit Office building in Bangkok (Chatuchak District) which killed more than 95 people in 2025 March. The building is a joint venture between Thailand construction company Italian-Thai Development & China Railway Group subsidiary (China Railway Number 10 Thailand). In 2025 March, Thailand $62 million under-construction 30-storey Thailand National Audit Office building in Bangkok (Chatuchak District) collapsed in Thailand-Myanmar 7.7 magnitude earthquake on 28th March 2025. The 30-storey building construction is around 30% completed at time of collapse.
