The United States New York State Appeals Court has overturned the $454 million (Now at $515 million including interest) civil fraud penalty (98% of $464.6 million judgement) imposed on United States President & billionaire Donald Trump due to violation of the United States Constitution 8th Amendment (Which prohibits excessive fines).  The New York State Appeals Court upheld the ruling of overstating real estate value to get better loan terms & financial benefits.  In 2025 August, United States President Donald Trump signed an Executive Order to guarantee fair banking for all Americans, requiring to remove reputational risk that enables politicized or unlawful debanking (View Order).  In 2025 August, United States President & billionaire Donald Trump revealed that he was told to withdraw hundreds of millions within 20 days by JPMorgan Chase ($809 billion market value) after his 1st Presidency (2017 to 2021), and with subsequent deposits rejected by Bank of America ($337 billion market value).  Donald Trump deposited the funds into a few small banks thereafter.   In 2024 December, United States President-elect Donald Trump agreed to a $16 million settlement in the rape defamation lawsuit against media ABC News & anchorman George Stephanopoulos.  ABC News will make a $15 million charitable contribution to the future Presidential foundation & museum, $1 million for lawyer fees to Alejandro Brito and to issue statements of regret.   In 2025 June, Donald Trump was reported to have filed his financial disclosure including 1) $217.7 million income from 3 golf resorts & his private members club (Mar-a-Lago) in Florida, 2) $5 million in license fees from Vietnam development, and 3) Holds 15.75 billion tokens & sold $57.35 million of tokens at World Liberty Financial.  In 2024 September, the ex-United States President & billionaire with $3 billion fortune Donald Trump had faced a 2nd assassination attempt on 16th September 2024 at the Trump International Golf Club West Palm Beach Florida by Ryan Routh (Age 58), who had been charged in court.  The first assassination attempt was on 13th July 2024 by Bethel Park high school student Thomas Matthew Crooks.  Donald Trump is campaigning to be the next President of United States with the presidential election scheduled on 5th November 2024.  In 2024 August, indictment on election interference against ex-President of United States Donald Trump.  Earlier in 2024 August, the ex-President of United States Donald Trump lawyer filed a legal notice announcing plans to sue United States Justice Department & FBI for $115 million for alleged malicious political prosecution & abuse of process to prevent Donald Trump from being re-elected as President of United States.  Donald Trump had to spend tens of millions to defend the case & his reputation.  In 2024 August, Donald Trump financial filing as Republican Presidential nominee had disclosed $513 million of total income.  The filing includes all assets such as golf courses, resorts, primary residences & Trump Media & Technology Group with 64.9% shareholding valued at $2.7 billion. The filing also includes debts including more than $50 million to writer E Jean Carroll.
