Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC has been reported to be reviewing to invest in Australia industrial property giant Goodman Group ($44 billion market value) data centre assets.  Goodman Group was founded in 1989 by Greg Goodman, and IPO on Australia Securities Exchange (ASX) in 1995 as Goodman Hardie Industrial Property Trust.  Goodman Group current market value at $44 billion, with share price -5.5% YTD, +5% last 12 months & +85.1% last 5 years.  Goodman – Goodman is a specialist global industrial property and digital infrastructure group.
