China retail group Miniso ($7.8 billion market value) subsidiary Top Toy has raised new funding at $1.3 billion valuation from Singapore Temasek ($324 billion AUM), and is planning for a Hong Kong IPO. Top Toy was launched in 2020 by Miniso with Sun Yuanwen as founder & CEO. Miniso was founded in 2013 by Ye Guofu. Top Toy – Established in December 2020, TOP TOY is positioned to become the world’s largest and most comprehensive collectible toy Dream Factory.
