Ex-Julius Baer private banker based in Singapore Loh Kia Hui is in a share selling & monitoring negligence lawsuit filed by ex-client Taiwan-born Singapore citizen Fiona Lee Hsueh Ching & husband Sarge Sargeant (Canada citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident), alleged to advise Fiona Lee (client) to trade shares for short-term profit instead of long-term holding & failing to monitor share price.  In 2017, Fiona Lee sold Lithium Americas Corp (LAC) 198,000 shares at CAD 1.53, with then-Julius Baer private banker Loh Kia Hui promising to monitor the share price to buy again if below target price of CAD 1 per share.  Loh Kia Hui left Julius Baer in 2019.  In 2021, Fiona Lee discovered the share price had dropped many times below CAD 1, but was not notified.  Julius Baer is named as a 3rd-party by ex-private banker Loh Kia Hui to indemnify against damages or legal costs.  Fiona Lee Hsueh Ching & Loh Kia Hui are close friends, Fiona Lee Hsueh Ching & her husband Sarge Sargeant are business owners in Singapore.
