India online investment platform Groww (Billionbrains Garage Ventures) has filed for India IPO to raise $800 million at $9 billion valuation.  In 2025 June, Groww (Billionbrains Garage Ventures) raised $200 million at $7 billion valuation.  In 2025 January, Groww (Billionbrains Garage Ventures) was planning for an IPO to raise $750 million at around $7.5 billion valuation.  Groww was founded in 2016 by ex-Flipkart Lalit Keshre, Harsh Jain, Ishan Bansal & Neeraj Singh.  Investors include Peak XV Partners (Previously Sequoia Capital India), Ribbit Capital, Tiger Global, ICONIQ, Y Combinator & Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.  In 2023, Groww raised $251 million in Series E funding led by ICONIQ Growth at $3 billion valuation.  Groww – We are a strong and enthusiastic team focused on making financial services accessible to every Indian through a multi-product platform.
