Vietnam Techcombank subsidiary Techcom Securities Company (TCBS) has raised $410 million in IPO with expected IPO scheduled in 2025 October.  Techcombank (Vietnam Technological & Commercial Joint Stock Bank) remains the largest shareholder with 79.82% shareholding & TCBS Chairman Nghiem Xuan Minh with 5.34% shareholding.  Techcom Securities Company – Established in 2008, Techcom Securities is a subsidiary of Techcombank – one of the leading commercial banks in Vietnam.  From 2011 to 2017, TCBS was the fastest growing securities company in the market with a compound annual growth rate of 57% and 80% for revenue and profit respectively. In 2017, TCBS was one of the two leading securities companies in Vietnam in profit. The company is also the market leader in corporate bond with approximately 40% advisory market share and 82.33% bond brokerage in the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) .
