United States investment manager Aquarian Capital ($25 billion AUM) has announced to buy United States insurance company Brighthouse Financial for $4.1 billion in all-cash transaction. In 2025 September, United States investment manager Aquarian Holdings ($25 billion AUM) led-investor group (Including Mubadala & Qatar) was reported to be preparing more than $3 billion offer to buy United States insurance company Brighthouse Financial, which has a current market value of $2.8 billion and share price +2% YTD, +14.7% last 12 months & +66% last 5 years. 14th September – United States investment manager Aquarian Holdings ($25 billion AUM) led-investor group (Including Mubadala & Qatar) is reported to be preparing more than $3 billion offer to buy United States insurance company Brighthouse Financial, which has a current market value of $2.8 billion and share price +2% YTD, +14.7% last 12 months & +66% last 5 years.
