Singapore private wealth group WRISE has hired ex-OCBC Consumer & Wealth Management CFO Darren Ng Wee Kiat as Group CFO, appoints Jude Lin as WRISE Private Singapore Deputy CEO in addition to existing role as Market Head of Malaysia, Pushkin Kapoor as WRISE Private Middle East Deputy CEO in addition to role as Senior Client Partner & Ken Wong as WRISE Prestige Hong Kong Deputy CEO in addition to role as Chief Strategic Officer. In 2025 April, WRISE announced the launch of corporate finance advisory services WRISE Capital to provide advisory services on M&A, IPO, post-listing & compliance (Hong Kong-Listed Companies), with the acquisition of Hong Kong licensed financial advisory firm Elstone Capital. WRISE Capital is led by CEO Nicholas Cheng, Chief Strategic Officer Alan Au-Yeung & COO Fanny Lee.
