UK London-listed alcohol giant Diageo ($50 billion market value) has announced to sell all 65% stake in Kenya beverage business East African Breweries (EABL) & Kenya spirits business UDVK stake to Japan beverage & food giant Asahi Group ($15 billion market value) for $2.3 billion.
