United States professional services company Accenture has announced to buy UK applied AI company Faculty for $1 billion, with Faculty founder & CEO Marc Warner appointed as Accenture Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Faculty was founded in 2014 by Marc Warner, Angie Ma & Andrew Brookes. Faculty investors include The Apax Digital Fund, LocalGlobe & GMG Ventures.
