In 2026 January, LandSpace was planning for a Shanghai IPO in 2026 to raise $1 billion, with reported valuation at $2.7 billion in 2025 June. In 2025 December, LandSpace is planning for a Shanghai IPO in 2026. LandSpace was founded in 2015 by Zhang Changwu. LandSpace investors include HongShan, China SME Development Fund & Country Garden. LandSpace – Land Space Technology Co. Ltd. (referred to as hereinafter “LandSpace” ) was founded in June 2015 with focus on the design, manufacturing and operations of small and medium launch vehicles. LandSpace is devoted to the development of Liquid-fuel ( LOX+LCH4）Rocket Engines (LREs) and low-cost commercial launch vehicles with independent intellectual property rights. LandSpace could complete the system and unit design, manufacture, test and delivery with highly-integrated design and innovation capability by a first-class technical team, to provide economical and reliable high-quality launch services for commercial satellites and special-purpose spacecrafts, as well as development of new technologies and systems for space applications.
