France digital asset wallet company Ledger is planning for a New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) IPO at more than $4 billion valuation, having raised $463 million in total funding. Ledger was founded in 2014 by 8 people including David Balland. Ledger investors include True Global Ventures, 10T Holdings, Morgan Creek, Korelya Capital & Molten Ventures.
