Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) is reviewing to grow family offices & private banking services in Taiwan, including 1) Tax incentives for family offices, 2) Support financial institutions to develop institutional family office services, and 3) Allow expansion of private banking services.  In 2024, Taiwan financial industry reported $157 billion (TWD 4.9 trillion) AUM.  In 2025 September, Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) officially opened the Asian Asset Management Center (AAMC) Promotion Office & launcheda dedicated website to promote Taiwan as a regional hub for global asset managers, and as centralised contact point for international firms seeking access to Taiwan financial markets.  The AAMC Promotion Office provides consultation services (phone, online & in-person) on regulatory compliance, licensing procedures & operational matters. In 2025 August, Taiwan launched the 9-day Taiwan Weeks 2025 (15/10/25 to 23/10/25) to promote Taiwan as an asset management hub, with key events including Asia Asset Management Center Forum, Taipei Corporate Governance Forum, Asia Capital Markets Summit Forum, Taipei International Futures Forum, ETF Investment Expo, Asia Innovation Cup & Fintech Taipei.
