Australia asset manager IFM Investors ($172 billion AUM) is opening an office in Singapore in 2026 March, with ex-BNP Paribas & Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA) credit specialist Hong Ern Lee to join IFM Investors from Ascertis Credit. IFM Investors was founded in 1990 as Industry Funds Management (IFM), and renamed to IFM Investors in 2013. IFM Investors owners comprise of 16 pension funds (15 Australia & 1 UK).
