UAE Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala Capital & United States $40 billion investment holding company TWG Global-led investor group has announced to buy United States Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising giant Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings at $6.2 billion valuation in all-cash deal, representing +71% premium to unaffected share price in 2025 (16/10/25).
