China venture capital firm INCE Capital ($1.2 billion AUM) Founding Partner JP Gan & his wife have bought a Hong Kong luxury apartment in Mid-Levels West (The Legacy) for $19 million (HKD 148 million). INCE Capital was founded in 2019. JP Gan was previously with Qiming Venture Partners (13 years), Carlyle Group, Merrill Lynch & PwC. JP Gan – JP Gan is a Founding Partner of INCE Capital. With over 25 years of experience in venture capital, JP has been ranked a top venture capitalist worldwide by the Forbes Midas List for seven consecutive years and was No.5 on the global list in 2019. He has been named a top venture capitalist by multiple global media and institutions including CB Insights, New York Times, Fortune Magazine and AVCJ. JP’s successful investments include Trip.com Group Ltd. (NASDAQ: TCOM, a board member since 2002), Bilibili Inc. (NASDAQ: BILI, a board member since 2015), Dianping.com (merged with Meituan, HKEX: 3690), Musical.ly (acquired by ByteDance and became TikTok), Meitu Inc. (HKEX: 1357), TUHU Car Inc. (HKEX: 9690), and ATL. JP founded INCE Capital in 2019, which is a global venture capital firm with an investment focus on early to expansion-stage companies that spearhead innovation in AI, consumer, and biotech industries.
