Japan Mizuho Trust Bank has acquired 14% stake in Singapore-based real estate investment advisory firm TRI Investment Management, and forms business partnership to provide Japan real estate investment opportunities to investors outside Japan. The partnership is between Mizuho Trust Bank, Mizuho Real Estate Management & TRI Investment Management.  TRI Investment Management was founded in 2023 by Keisuke Ogawa (ex-Kenedix Asia CEO & CIO, Lasalle Investment Management).  TRI Investment Management Pte Ltd (TRI) – TRI Investment Management Pte Ltd (TRI) is in charge of cross border real estate investment activities in Japan, Singapore and other APAC countries including India / Australia.  TRI is a Capital Market Service (CMS) License holder under Monetary Authority of Singapore(MAS).  Keisuke Ogawa – He is in charge of cross border investment activities among Japan, Singapore and other APAC countries including India.  He established TRI investment Management Pte Ltd for this activity on Jun 2023 in Singapore and became CEO.  He was CEO and CIO at Kenedix Asia. He invested more than SGD 1B assets in Singapore in 2022 and 2023, and executed Credit investment in Indonesia.  He was also director of JV Thailand company Kenedix Asia invested and director of Malaysia REIT.  Before Kenedix Asia, He worked as Head of Strategic Investment Division III in Kenedix inc. and has been involved with more than 100 deals in Japan.  He covered private equity investment, credit investment, Bond investment and also acquisition existing properties, development hotels & office building,  He has 25 years’ experience in investment activities.  Before joining Kenedix, He worked at Lasalle Investment Management. Licensed 1st class architect in Japan.
