Canada Brookfield Asset Management ($1 trillion AUM) & Canada pension fund La Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec ($372 billion AUM) have announced to buy Canada renewable energy company Boralex for $2.7 billion ($6.5 billion enterprise value including debt), in all-cash deal representing +31.8% premium to closing price (20/3/26).
