UK vehicle glass company Belron is reported to be planning for Amsterdam IPO in 2026 2nd half at $35.5 billion (€30 billion) valuation. Belron was founded in 1897 by Jacobs & Dandor in South Africa. Belgium D’Ieteren Group ($12 billion market value) is majority shareholder of Belron. In 2026 January, Belron was reported to be planning for an IPO in 2026 at $27.9 billion (£24 billion) valuation. Belron – Operating in 37 countries across 6 continents, and home to around 29,000 employees, who served 15 million customers in 2022, Belron is the world’s leading vehicle glass repair and replacement group.
