Singapore-based $800 million long-only public equities boutique fund manager TVF Capital founder Shiv Puri is reported to be buying a Singapore Good Class Bungalow (GCB) at Nassim Road for $51 million (S$64.9 million) from Hong Kong-listed Wing Tai Properties Board Director John Chow. Shiv Puri family office (Vesta Global) invests in listed & private companies mainly in the United States.
