In 2025 December, Kuku Technologies was planning for India IPO to raise $200 million with hiring of Kotak Mahindra Capital, Axis Capital & Morgan Stanley. Kuku Technologies (Previously Mebigo Labs) was founded in 2018 by Lal Chand Bisu, Vinod Kumar Meena & Vikas Goyal.
