China’s richest woman in 2021 is China property developer Country Garden Holding Co-Chair Yang Huiyan with $28 Billion personal fortune. Yang Huiyan (Age 40) owns around 57% of Country Garden Holding, which was transferred by her father Yang Guoqiang, who founded one of China’s largest real estate company Country Garden in 1992 and listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2007. In the latest China Rich List, no real estate billionaires are in the top 10 in China.
